All Islamic Mafias are the Continuation of the Sicilian Mafia Chains

When some people waved American morals and the principles of democracy and freedom in our faces, they didn’t understand why I refused to listen and thought they were ignorant — like the street-raised Islamists, who imagine God in heaven is joyful and nearly weeping with delight over His murderous children. Don’t assume the difference between radical Islamist takfiris and the takfiris of American democracy and freedom is large… Believe me, there is hardly any difference. The first thinks he is right and we are wrong — so he declares us unbelievers (takfir) and decides to kill or exile us. The second thinks he is right and we are wrong — so he “takfirs” us democratically: he treats us as remnants, accuses us of loving servitude and dictatorship, expels us from the United Nations, besieges us, and imposes Caesar sanctions. The act of takfir is the same; the mentality is the same. The difference is that the first speaks in God’s name as he believes it; the second speaks as if God speaks through him, as he believes.

So I never cared about Arab intellectuals who erupt in anger at us if we reject America and its so-called truth — that, in the end, it is a gigantic gang and mafia able to bypass every moral rule and protocol in order to cooperate with mafias of any kind. The Americans are takfiris toward anyone who opposes their version of freedom — takfiris, just like Abu Muhammad al-Julani. He is the man who revived the history of mafia ties with America in Sicily and unleashed them in Syria — with the Americans in particular. If you map the intersections between the mafia’s relationship with America and al-Qaeda’s relationship with America, you will find an astonishing overlap… and you will reach a strange conclusion: Arab oppositions and elites have gradually become cultural and political mafias serving the American mafia. Meanwhile, Islam — after being morally ruined — has fragmented into mafia movements, the largest of which are the Muslim Brotherhood, who behave with a mafia mindset commercially, politically and violently — secretly cooperating with America just as the Sicilian mafia cooperated with the Americans who claimed to fight it on New York’s streets. They say they fought Bin Laden in New York; in the end they installed a mafia leader and Bin Laden’s successor as a president they sponsor and support.

Don’t be surprised by this astonishing resemblance — here’s the story:

During World War II, Italy was under Mussolini, and the regime had severely suppressed the mafia in the 1930s, especially under the famous policeman Cesare Mori, nicknamed “the Mafia-buster” (like Suheil al-Hassan in Syria).

But in 1943 everything changed. When the Allied forces (especially the Americans and British) decided to invade Sicily, the operation needed precise local knowledge of the terrain and the people — and propaganda to prevent local resistance — in addition to securing ports against sabotage or betrayal and keeping them operational. They needed a local force willing to do that dirty work.

This is where the mafia (or the Muslim Brotherhood, or the Italian branch of al-Qaeda) entered the picture, coordinating with mafia contacts in America who were running violent and criminal enterprises (the Syrian opposition). A secret cooperation began between American intelligence and mafia leaders (Erdogan, the Emir of Qatar, the Muslim Brotherhood… and al-Qaeda). The United States actually enlisted elements of the Italian-American mafia, such as Charles “Lucky” Luciano, one of New York’s mafia bosses. The OSS (the U.S. intelligence service at the time, predecessor to the CIA) and the U.S. Navy struck a deal with him: the mafia would protect U.S. ports from Nazi espionage or sabotage, and in return would use its networks in Sicily to facilitate the invasion. The mafia did provide information and contacts that helped the Allies land successfully in Sicily.

After the invasion, the United States effectively handed authority to mafioso figures.

After occupying Sicily, the U.S. military administration (AMGOT) needed to appoint local civilian officials. Lacking local knowledge, it relied on those seen as anti-fascist — many of whom were former mafia leaders. Thus former mafiosi were appointed mayors in several towns, and many of the “old” criminals imprisoned under Mussolini were released. The mafia quickly regained enormous influence after the war. The organization transformed from a beaten group into a real political and economic force in Sicily — with help from the American powers that had fought it in New York and Chicago — and they helped rebuild the mafioso order that would dominate the island for years.

Do these historical facts not make you feel you’re reading about today’s Syria — a country of American-backed Islamic mafias?

When I read current events — the terrorist al-Julani, the leader of the al-Qaeda mafia, and the leaders of Muslim Brotherhood mafias being installed to rule Syrians like the mafias the Americans once governed in Sicily — I am convinced that America does not mind bringing in the Islamic mafia to serve its interests, even while claiming it toppled towers in New York. It follows no moral standard in its dealings with us or the world. These morals are taught to ordinary Arabs in schools, institutes, universities, on Al Jazeera, and in the fantasies of Azmi Bishara and other Arab oppositionists — and they swallow them from YouTube platforms that preach the American model for our lives without realizing that America only wants us to live under mafia rule: the mafia of kings, the mafia of the sultan, the mafia of traitors, the mafias of Lebanon, the mafias of Islam — it has turned all of Islam into mafia gangs — and people sing for them, praise them and lift their heads high.

And the leader of the Zionist mafia, Netanyahu, cooperates with the leader of the Syrian mafia and the Turkish mafia leader, Erdogan… and he guarantees the Syrian mafia leader (al-Julani) access to world capitals as if on tour. The world, laws and morals have become absurd, mockery and futility. I don’t know why we still read books and moral codes whose rules of gravity and boiling point seem to change — all we have left are Newton’s laws, which don’t change. So the laws of the United Nations, the ethics of Geneva, and the principles of human rights and equality — soak them and drink their water. The one thing America and its allied mafias cannot change is Newton’s law of physics — which, translated into reality, means that national morality is an irresistible attractive force, and its strength and persistence through history is like Newton’s law of gravity.

Mafias will pass. The era of mafias will end. This festival of the rise of the Islamic mafia will be over, because mafias only have the morals of mafias. The mafias of the White House and the mafias of Tel Aviv will attempt to reshape laws of gravity into new mafioso forms — but they will collide with the homeland’s gravity, the natural disposition of people, and the spirit of the East.

These are laws America cannot change forever. These are constants. History shows it steps in strange ways at decisive moments to correct what gang mentalities corrupt. When the West colonized the East with a mafia mentality, a bloody conflict and the First World War erupted in Europe — it toppled the dark Ottoman era — but British and French machinations ended up colliding with fate, which gave rise to Hitler, who left prey in the East and thereby liberated it. The American-Soviet struggle gave us room for freedom and competition. Today we do not wait for a single rising power — new equations will appear that change the scene — but what most don’t know is that a latent power in the East will astonish you as it reverses the balance — and the era of the Islamic and Brotherhood mafias will end soon. Still, everyone must begin working to end this abnormal situation. We are not ruled by the mafia — and we will overthrow it — and the Syrian people must consider toppling the rule of the mafia and its leader.
