Fourteen years have passed since that damned uprising that drenched Syria in blood.
It’s time to summarize the ten biggest lies upon which this filthy global war against our country was built:
The First Lie: That it was a Syrian revolution...
The issue was settled by the confession of the jackals who fought over the prey until it slipped from their hands: from the very first day, its funding was Gulf-based, its weapons American, its hospitals Israeli, its logistical support Turkish, and its fighters from more than eighty nationalities—with Syrians forming the smallest minority among the hordes of so-called “marriage jihad” fighters.
The Second Lie: That it was a revolution for freedom...
In reality, it was a Wahhabi-Takfiri-Brotherhood-Islamist revolution, whose slogan from the first day was “Alawites to the coffin, Christians to Beirut.”
Its goal was to establish an Islamic Caliphate “upon the prophetic path” and slaughter all non-Muslims who refused to pay the jizya tax.
No one “hijacked” it, as the corrupt media claimed—it was always meant to punish Syria for enabling Israel’s humiliation and defeat in 2000 and 2006, through invasion, destruction, and regime change.
The Third Lie: That the revolution began peacefully and the regime’s brutality forced it to take up arms...
The buried truth is that armed attacks on security centers and the sniping of policemen began on the very first day, in documented incidents.
Weapons had already been stockpiled in the mosques of Daraa before March 2011.
Then came the Jisr al-Shughour massacre on June 5 of the same year—just three months after the events began—when 123 Syrian army officers were slaughtered and their bodies mutilated in the streets. That massacre exposed the true nature of the war and destroyed the myth of the “peaceful revolution of the snake’s offspring.”
The Fourth Lie: The story of Hamza al-Khatib’s genitals and the fingernails of Daraa’s children...
The Hamza al-Khatib story was a perverted, fabricated tale born from a sick imagination obsessed with sexual imagery—I am embarrassed even to discuss it.
As for the fingernails of Daraa’s children, Der Spiegel magazine itself admitted in December 2018 to a massive journalistic scandal involving its award-winning reporter Claas Relotius, who had invented entire stories about Syria from his imagination, including the tales of “Daraa’s children” and their supposed graffiti slogans.
The Fifth Lie: The cutting out of the revolutionary singer Ibrahim al-Qashoush’s throat...
British investigative journalists proved that the slaughtered man whose pictures we saw in 2011—said to be Ibrahim al-Qashoush—was actually a civil-defense guard in Hama who had never written or sung a song in his life.
He was beheaded by the “rebels” because they believed he worked with the government. Later they claimed he was the Che Guevara of the Syrian revolution’s songs and accused the state of killing him to incite hatred.
In truth, the revolutionary songs attributed to him on YouTube were composed and performed by Abdulrahman al-Farhoud, who is still alive today, living safely in the West.
The Sixth Lie: “Bashar kills his people.”
The unshakable truth is that President Bashar al-Assad did not kill or cause the death of a single person from the day he assumed office on June 10, 2000, until March 2011—when the “jackals” unleashed their war on Syria.
The Syrian Army was then forced to defend the state from collapse in the face of ISIS-like Takfiri hordes and Muslim Brotherhood offshoots, just as any national army would when facing an invasion by hundreds of thousands of barbaric extremist creatures using towns and villages as bases for their atrocities.
